Further, their Company was converted into a Public Limited Company in pursuance of a special resolution passed by the members of their Company at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on January 15, 2024 and the name of their Company was changed from “Pranik Logistics Private Limited” to “Pranik Logistics Limited” & Registrar of Companies, Kolkata has issued a new certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion dated March 07, 2024, bearing CIN U60231WB2015PLC205412
